Hi, I’m Junaid – a B2B cold outreach specialist with hands-on experience running email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns for businesses across SaaS, agencies, and professional services.
I built EmailMarketingOps because I kept running into the same problem: most cold outreach content online is either too vague to be useful, or written by people who have never actually run a campaign. There are plenty of articles telling you to “personalise your outreach” and “follow up consistently” – but very few that show you the exact Apollo.io filters, Smartlead settings, and PhantomBuster workflows that actually move the needle.
This site is my attempt to fix that. Every article, template, and tool recommendation here comes from real campaigns – not theory.
What I do and what I've worked with
My background is in cold email and LinkedIn outreach – the operational side of B2B lead generation. That means building and running the systems that get qualified leads into sales pipelines: finding the right contacts, setting up the infrastructure, writing sequences, managing deliverability, and iterating on what works.

Why I started EmailMarketingOps
When I first started doing cold outreach, I spent a lot of time piecing together information from different sources – YouTube videos, Reddit threads, tool documentation, and the occasional blog post buried on page three of Google. None of it was in one place, and very little of it was practical enough to act on immediately.
EmailMarketingOps is the resource I wish had existed when I was starting out. The goal is to make it the most practical, honest, and up-to-date cold outreach site on the internet – covering everything from choosing the right tools to running campaigns that consistently book meetings.
